Hi,
I am planning an overhaul of the emailing functionality in the future, but this won’t be out for a bit.
I’ll investigate if I can change the mail dialog to allow multiple movements.
Thanks,

At some point I do intend to revisit how communications work on the site.
Until then if you visit “my squads” → “your squad” screen you’ll find an “export squad” button.
This will export all the e-mail addresses of your squad so you can e-mail them through your normal e-mail system. Not ideal, but a valid workaround.

Thanks for your suggestion Matthew.
I’m planning on an app version soon, which should make the mobile experience much better.
Hope this helps,

Being able to accept right as the e-mail comes into their inbox I think would both cover the Phone user (They may monitor E-Mails more then an App) and work environment.
Thanks for making a great site!!

I would second this and also the ability to post 'Updates' to everyone you has responded to a current game. This ideally would be something along the lines of:
Send To:
- All
- Playing
- Not Playing
This would allow me to send updates to those who have either responded or are confirmed to play. I know I can update the details about the match but couldn't see how to just send a message to all those playing (i.e. drinks in the bar afterwards, or 'Simon needs a lift - can anyone help?).
