E-mails aren't coming through ...

E-mail clients (like Outlook and Gmail) will try and protect you from spam by placing suspect e-mails into a spam filter.

If you were expecting an e-mail from but it isn't in your inbox, it may have been considered spam and placed into your spam folder.

Your e-mail client will allow you to mark an e-mail as "OK". Here's how to ensure you can see your notifications in:

  • Outlook
  • Gmail
  • In Hotmail:
    1. Open the Junk folder
    2. Find an e-mail from
    3. Right click on the e-mail and select Not Junk

Most of the time we will use notification[at] to send messages to you.
